摘要
本文简述了LF(21)铝合金小直径管拉伸的工艺试验,并从生产现场的实际出发,浅析了影响LF(21)铝合金小直径管拉伸的工艺因素。采用套模衬拉及空拉的分段拉伸,不仅具有较高的生产效率,而且还有利于控制管材的偏心缺陷。
The engineer testing on the stretching of LF(21) Al-alloy tube of small diameters is related briefly in this paper. From the practices on the manufacturing site, the technological factors influencing the stretching of small LF(21) Al-alloy tubes are analyzed simply. By adopting the techniques of stretching with insertion of dies and stretching by sections, a higher productivity can be obtained, and the deficiency of eccentricity of tubes can be controlled better.
