青龙胶丸治疗血管性痴呆的临床研究

THE CLINICAL STUDY OF CEREBROVASCULAR DEMENTIA TREATED WITH QING LONG CAPSULES

本研究用中国蛇协研制的青龙胶丸治疗血管性痴呆４０例。经二个月的治疗后，显效４例，有效１６例，改善１７例，总有效率达９２．５％。随着患者智能的改善，有８６％的病例脑电图好转。其表现为枕部α指数增加，异常慢波减少等。３６例红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环形成率检测结果表明，治疗前明显低于正常值（Ｐ＜０．００１），治疗后显著提高（Ｐ＜０．００１）并恢复至接近正常人的水平。提示青龙胶丸可能通过神经—内分泌—免疫网络各环节的同时改善，提高机体的红细胞免疫粘附功能。

cases of cerebrovascular bementia were terated with Qing Long Capsules made by Snake Research Association of China,inWhich it waw most effective in 4 cases,more effective in 16 cases and effective in 17 cases.The total effective rate was 92.5%,As the improvement of patient's intelligence,86%of the patients improve on EEG,It was manifestated by a index increase at occiput and abnormal slow waves becrease.The detection results indicated in 36 cases the garland rate of red blood cell C3b recipient was obviously lower that normal index before treatment(P<0.001)and higher after treatment(P<0.001).The patients recovered as healthy people.It suggested thatQing Long Capsules could improve red blood cell immune abherence by improving nerve-endocrine-immune system.
