手外伤的早期康复医疗

Early Rehabilitation Treatment of Hand Trauma

本文报道了31例手外伤患者在术后2至20天内,用冷光紫外线,微波、按摩、运动疗法等,早期康复治疗获得了较好的疗效。以冷光紫外线、微波预防和治疗25例手外伤患者的感染创面,20例的创面一期愈合,5例在3～4周内愈合。早期行按摩、运动疗法治疗能减轻肌腱粘连,预防关节僵直,对后期康复治疗也有良好作用。

31 palients with hand trauma treated by rehabilitative therapy in early postoperation. Kinesitherapy, ultraviolet, microwave, massage were useful. Ultraviolet (cold quarz lamp) and microwave used to prevent and treat 25 cases of hand trauma with severe infective wound, in 20 cases of them, wounds were healing by first intention, and in 5 cases whithin 3～4 weeks. Early rehabilitation treatment reduce adhesion of tendons and ankylosis, and is beneficial to late rehabilitation treatment.
