重度感觉性失语的语言训练：附1例报告

Speech Training for Severe Sensory Aphasia

我们应用语言功能的集中疗法和一词多功能疗法对1例重度感觉性失语进行了15次语言训练,每次1-1.5小时。结果表明听觉理解测验分数由原来的10％上升到23.7％;呼名测验分数由原来的35％上升到55.5％;阅读理解、复述、言语错乱均有相应的改善。训练结果证明,语言功能集中疗法和一词多功能疗法辅助以适当的暗示,对重度感觉性失语的症状改善是有效的。

We have applied modality-focus treatment and multiple functions per word appoach to a patient with severe sensory aphasia for 15 times, 1-1.5 hours each time. The result showes that auditory comprehension test score raises from 10% to 23.7%,object naming test score from 35% to 55.5%; scotcs of reading comprehension, repetition, Paraphasla improve correspondingly.It indicates that modality-focus treatmentnt and multi-functions Per word approach are effective methods for severe sensory aphasia.
