摘要
以芹菜为试材,研究了几种气体组合对芹菜的贮藏效果及贮藏过程中一些代谢活动的变化,认为2%~3%O2和4%~6%CO2对芹菜的贮藏是有效的,在不出现低O2及高CO2伤害的情况下,既起到了低O2对叶片黄化的抑制效果,又发挥了高CO2对衰老的抑制作用,具有良好的贮藏效果。
Celery was used as a testing material to study the effects of different kinds of atmosphere composition on celery storage and the metabolic changes during celery stoage. The results suggested that the atmosphere composition of 2% ̄3% O2 and 4% ̄6% CO2 me effective,which could control the yellowing of celery leaves and inhibite senescence of celery.
