磁场对豌豆种子萌发的影响

摘要 豌豆(Pisumsativum)种子在0.6T恒定磁场下,处理的时间不同,发芽势、发芽率的差异不显著.胚根、胚芽的伸长与磁场处理时间是波动关系.经磁场处理30min和55min的种子,胚根、胚芽平均总长度分别比对照长14.139cm和12.5cm,差异显著(P<0.05),胚根、胚芽伸长快,其种子萌发时吸水总量多,呼吸强度大。α─淀粉酶活性及幼苗单株干物质含量与磁场处理时间无明显关系. he differences of the germinative force and germination percentage of pisum sativum seeds treated in 0.6T static magnetic field with different processing time were not significant. The relationship between the elongation of radicle and embryo bud and the treating time was non- linear. The average lengths of radical and embryo bud of the seeds treated with 30 min and 55 min were 14.139 cm and 12.510 cm longer than the contra-seeds respeCtively, reached the level of significant difference (p<0.05).The radical and the embryo bud of these seeds grew faster because such seeds could absorb much water and increase the intensity of respiration during germination.The activity of the a-amylase and the dry weight of the single seedling did not show remarkable differences.
