褪黑激素对大鼠室旁核若干肽能神经元的影响

摘要 采用免疫组织化学和显微图象分析技术,观察了褪黑激素(MLT)对大鼠下丘脑室旁核若干肽能神经元的影响,发现去松果腺组室旁核(PVN)内AVP、CRF、OT样阳性区面积较对照组显著增大,而灰度显著降低;17:00MLT注射组AVP、CRF、OT样阳性区面积较对照组显著减小,而灰度显著升高.结果表明,MLT促使下丘脑室旁核内AVP、CRF、OT样神经元肽含量减少. nfluence of melatonin (MLT) on AVP, CRF, OT peptidergic neurons in the rat hypothalamic paraventricular (PVN) was studied by means of immunocytochemistry and microimage analysis syStem (MIAS). It was found that the immunoreactive area of AVP neurons increased in the pinealectomy group and decreased in the 17:00 MLT injection group, that the gray degree of AVP neurons decreased in the pinealectomy group and increased in the 17:00 MLT injection group. The change of CRF and OT neurons was similar to that of AVP neurons in PVN. The resultS indicated that the quantity of AVP, CRF, OT in the hypothalamic PVN neurons was reduced by MLT.
