摘要
本文研究目的是了解成年大鼠大脑皮质损伤后碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在损伤区含量的变化。切除成年雄性大鼠一小块大脑顶叶皮质,在术后1、3、5、7、10、14天取损伤边缘4mm范围内的大脑皮质,制备脑损伤组织提取液,用间接酶联免疫吸附试验检测此提取液中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子相对含量的变化。结果发现损伤后初期的脑损伤组织提取液中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在1~3天略有下降,从第5天开始逐渐升高,于第10天达高峰,然后逐渐下降,呈现一定的变化规律。本研究为探索成年哺乳类动物大脑皮质损伤后存在自我修复的一些因素提供有意义的资料。
The aim of this study is to show the amount of basic fibroblast growth factors (bFGF) in damaged area after cerebral cortex injury. A total of 40 adult rats were used for study and blocks of 2×2×1 mm3 of cerebral cortex were cut off. Tissue within 4 mm around the damaged cortex was removed on day 1, 3, 5 , 7, 10 and 14 postoperatively and wounded brain tissue extract (BATE) was prepared. Enzyme linked immunosorbent amitys (ELISA) was used to check up the amount of bFGF in BWTE.The results indicate that bFGF levels in the BWTE decreased on day 1~3 and then increased gradually until reaching normal on day 5. On day 10, they reached the maximum and then diminished gradually afterward. This study provides some valuable materials on auto-recovery of damaged cortex of mammals.
