给出了３──状态装置网络可靠度分析的一个新的算法．本文所指的３──状态为正常状态、两种失效状态即短失效和开失效状态．本算法从给定的逻辑图出发，通过路集和割集的不交和，以及对应的简化处理，有效的得到３──状态装置网络可靠度的概率表达式．本算法理论简单，使用工具灵活，适合计算机和手工运算。

This paper presents a new algorithm to evaluate reliability of 3-state device network.This 3-state means good-state,short-state,open-state in the paper.This algorithm begins at reliability logic diagram given,by disjointing sum of path sets and cut sets and simplifying asymbolic reliability expression of 3-state device network. is obtained It is simple in theoryand method,and suits to computer and hand-operation. There are two illustrativeexample at last.
