摘要
系统地分析了Ｖ形块法测量圆度误差的基本原理，建立了Ｖ形块法测量圆度误差的数学模型．研制了Ｖ型圆度仪， 解决了大型轴类零件圆度误差在线测量问题．
The basic principle of the roundness error measurement on V-shaped block method hasbeen analysed in a systematic way and the mathematic model has been established.V-typeroundness meter has been desi gned and made,therefore,the measurement on line of the roun- dness error of the vase cylindrical components can be solved.
