In this paper,observation on 160 patients with ankylosing spondylitis seen in the Rheumatology clinic were repor- ted.From the observed clinical and laboratory findings the authers have summaried a number of criteria for early diagnosis of the disease compre- hensive treatment with clinical and rehabilitation methods has brought about favorable effects in 96.7% of the patients.
