Weather Forecast Emitter with Coding and Decoding

本文提出了一种新的气象报警系统,此系统采用数字编码和镇相频率合成技术。使传送信息由原来的16种提高到4096种,实现了异频传送,并具有单呼和群呼功能。可适用于海洋气象报警、森林火灾报警、仓库遇险报警及单独信息交流。设计中采用的是邮政总局编码咨询组（POCSAG）推荐的格雷码,保证信息安全传送。

This paper presents a new weather alarm emitter adapted digital coding and phase-locked frequency synthesis techniques. Differential frequency transmission is achieved, it conveys the message kinds from 16 to 4096, and has single call and group call functions. It can be used widely in sea state alarm, forest fire alarm, store house in danger alarm and information exchange one by one. Gelai code proposed by POCSAG is adapted for converying message savely.
