应用激光散斑干涉法测量冷挤压孔周残余应力分布

摘要 本文采用径向切割法,同时配以双曝光激光散斑干涉技术测量了冷挤压孔周残余应力分布,对实验技术进行了研究,讨论了引起实验误差的主要来源,结果表明该实验方法在微小区域内残余应力分布时具有简单、精度高等优点。 In this paper , the residual stresses around cold worked holes were measured by application of Laser speckle interferometry in combination with radial cutting method. The experimental technique was investigated , and thderrors were discussed. The results showed that the experimental method used to measure the residual srress in small area was uncomplicated and accurate.
