摘要
在弱酸性介质中,有Tritonx-100存在下,铁(Ⅱ)和铜(Ⅰ)与5-Br-PADAP形成最大吸收分别为565nm和545nm的有色配合物,吸收光谱相互重叠。采用双波长标准加入法对该混合显色体系进行研究,建立了铁、铜同时测定的新方法,应用于人发中痕量铁、铜的同时测定,获得了满意结果。
Copper and iron can form coloured complexes with 5-Br-PADAP in weak acidicmedium and in the existence of Triton X-100.Their coloured complexes have maximumabsorbance value at the wavelength 545 nm and 565 nm,respectively,but their absorption spectra overlap each other seriously.A new method Simultaneous determination oftrace amounts of copper and iron without separation is proposed with dual wavelength standard additions in this paper.This new method has the advantages of high sensitivity,goodselectivity and simple operation, and has been applied to the simultaneous determination oftrace amounts of copper and iron in hair , the satisfactory results are obtained.
