摘要
测定了间歇吸附器内活性炭纤维吸附水中微量三氯甲烷的主体浓度变化曲线以及吸附等温平衡线,根据扩散模型的精确解与近似解,用误差等值图法估算了有效扩散系数以及液膜传质系数。在此基础上,对比了活性炭纤维与颗粒活性炭的传质特征。结果表明:本实验系统中传质过程接近于外扩散控制,近似解与精确解吻合较好;与颗粒活性炭相比,活性炭纤维具有良好的传质性能。
Experiments were carried out for the absorption of chloroform on activated carbonfiber in a batch tank.With the absorption equilibrium constant value determined from aseparate experiment,the particle-fluid mass transfer coefficient value and the effective diffusivity were evaluated by the error map for the exact solution and the approximate solutions, respectively. Based on these parameters,the mass transfer characteristics of the activated carbon fiber were compared with that of the activated carbon particle. The results showed that for this experimental system the particle-fluid mass transfer almost controls the overall rate, the approximate solutions fit the exact solution. Furthermore,theactivated carbon fiber had much better performance than activated carbon particle in masstransfer.
