摘要
利用正交设计的方法,研究了在氯化锌存在下异丙醇与浓盐酸合成氯代异丙烷的反应.给出最佳工艺条件:异丙醇:盐酸:氯化锌为1:1.5:2(摩尔比),氯代异丙烷的产率可达83%.
The synthesis of isopropyl chloride with isopropanol and concentrated hydrochloricacid in the presence of zinc chloride was investigated.The optimum condition was givenby orthogonal design. The mole ratio of reactants is as follows:(CH_3)_2CHOH:HCl:ZnCl_2=1:1.5:2. Under the given condItion,the yield of chloroisopropane is 8 3%.
