萃取分离Pt,Rh,Pd,Ir的工艺研究

摘要 实验研究了从铂族金属溶液中草取分离Pt,Pd,Rh,Ir的工艺,较好地分离除去了残金属离子;提出了采用铜试剂+氯仿螯台萃取Pd的新方法.实验证明,采用连续萃取工艺取代部分沉淀法,可提高铑的直收率(>85%),简化工艺,缩短生产周期. By using new technological process (C2H5)2NCS2Na. 3H2O+CHCL3) the test of solvent extraction of Pt, Rh , Pd, Ir is carried out. The base ions metal are successfully separated and the purified noble metals are obtained. It is shown that compared with traditional sedimental rnethod, the continuing solvent extraction process has a higher extraction rate (>85% ) and a short production cycle. It is a very simple and convenient process.
