摘要
对辽宁凤城含铀硼镁矿炼铁后得到的富硼渣的硼铀分离问题进行了研究.采用单因素条件试验和正交试验研究了碱性条件下在碳解液中采用Fe(OH)3吸附铀时,各种条件对硼铀分离及除铀的影响,得到了最佳的试验条件.还研究了酸性条件下不同pH值对活性炭吸附铀的影响.试验结果表明,在碱性条件下,可把Fe2(SO4)3加入碳解液中,利用生成的Fe(OH)3沉淀吸附铀,在适宜的Fe2(SO4)3用量,反应温度和反应时间条件下,可获得除铀率达62.9%,硼回收率达93.2%的硼砂产品;在酸性条件下,可以用活性炭吸附铀,获得合格的硼砂产品,且适于在工业生产硼酸的酸性条件下进行处理.
The sepertion of boron and uranium from the boron rich slime remained from iron making of the uranium-bearing boron ferromagnesian ore in Fengcheng, Liaoning, is studied' Through single- factor condition test and orthogonal test, the effect of some conditions on the seperation of boron and uranium and the rate of the removal of uranium are studied in the alkaline medium. By the method which uranium is adsorbed by Fe (OH), in the filtrate, the best test conditions are obtained, on the other hand, the effect of different pH values on uranium absorption by active carbon in acid medium is also studied. Through a series of experiments, it is shown that the produced Fe (OH)3 sediment can absorb the uranium in the filtrate by additional Fe2 (SO4)3 in the alkaline medium, when the amount of Fe2(SO4)3, the reaction time and reaction temperature are suitable, the removal rate of uranium is 62. 9% and the recovery of boron is 93. 2%, the boron product is qualified; the qualified boron is also produced by the method that active carbon absorbs uranium in the acid medium, and under the industrial acid condition which boric acid is produced the method can also be adopted.
