摘要
依据气象、地理、农业、土壤、水文、水利等多学科的综合观点,试提出了一种新的旱涝程度的量化标准及早涝规律的研究方法.并以沂水县有关资料,对1960~1990年历年逐月地进行了验证,同时参照国际干旱分类作出定性分析,得出与我国北方地区“十年九旱”经验性规律相一致的结论.
On the bases of multi-disciplime viewpoie of meteorology, geography,agronomy, pedology, hydrology and hydraulic engineering, the new definitions ofdrought and waterlogging and their quantification criteha were presented, and themethod of researching the Pattern or drought and waterlogging in semi-droughtand semi-humid areas was developed in this paper. Then, verifications for the theorywere made by the monthly use of 30-year data (1960 ~ 1990) of Yishui County.Qualitative analyses were also made in the meanwhile by refering to the conventionalinternational classification of drought and waterlogging. It was concluded that the newconcept and method were in good agreement with the empirical rule that thedrought occurs in nine years during a decade.
