柞蚕脑呼吸强度与ATP含量的动态变化

摘要 秋蚕蛹期脑的氧耗量呈波动状态.在滞育初出现峰值;滞育终止后,相对保持高值.脑内ATP含量的变化与呼吸进度相似.春蚕脑呼吸强度在蛹期逐渐降低,但ATP含量自蛹第1天至第9天一直较高,羽化时则急降至相当低的水平. The rates of oxygen consumption by the brain of utunm generation exhibited a fluctuating pattern, peaking at the beginning of dispause and remaining relatively high after the termination of diapause. change of ATP in the braindispayed a Pattern similar to that of the respiration raate In spring generation, the respiration rates of the brain decreased gradually throughout the pupal period, while ATP contentS in the brain of spring generation maintained at high levels from the first day to the ninth day or the pupae, and dropped peatly to very low level when the adult emerged.
