摘要
本文观察了从中药柴胡中提取的单体成分柴胡皂甙d(SSd)对被动性Heymann肾炎(PHN)的疗效。结果表明,用SSd治疗可以减轻PHN大鼠蛋白尿,肾小球病理变化也得到不同程度的改善。血清皮质酮水平和肾皮质超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高,血清甘油三酯含量和肾皮质磷脂酶A_2(PLA_2)活性降低,肾小球内IgG和C3的沉积明显减少。提示SSd的抗肾炎作用与其促进内源性糖皮质激素分泌、抑制PLA_2活性、阻止IgG和C3在肾小球内沉积、提高SOD活性及改善异常的脂质代谢等作用密切相关。

1mg/100g. d )for three weeks by intraperitoneally injection (i. p),urine protein was lowered
significantly, whileglomerular pathological changes were inhibited to agreater or lesser degree
in rats with PHN ;②AfterSSd being given (0. 1mg/100g.d,ip ) for threeweeks,increased serum
corticosterone level and re-nal cortex superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity ,de-creased renal
cortex phospholipase A_2 (PLA_2) activ-ity,lowered serum triglyceride level were observed
,and deposits of rabbit IgG, rat IgG and C3 inglomeruli were also decreased. These changes
weresignificant and suggested that antinephritic mecha-nisms of SSd were due to its
anti-inflammatory ac-tion by enhancing the release of adrenal glucocorti-coid and inhibiting
PLA_2 activity, immune-sup-pressing action by preventing IgG and C3 from de-positing in
glomeruli, and actions of enhancing theactivity of reactive oxygen scavenger SOD and
im-proving abnormal lipid metabolism.
