低温可控冰箱的研制及肾脏冰晶点的测定

Determination of freezing point of kidney using controllable referigerator

利用我院自行研制的ＢＬＱ－６低温可控冰箱，控制不同的温度，以ＨＣＡ液保存肾脏，通过直观观察及电镜下看到的细胞内冰晶形成痕迹，初步测得肾皮质的冰晶点在－２℃左右，认为应避免在单纯冰晶点以下温度保存肾脏。

e preserved kidneys of rabbits inHCA solution of different temperatures us-ing BLQ-6 controllable refrigerator,whichwas designed and produced by our hospital.Under transmission electron microscope,vesicles could be found when ice crystalswere forming and thawing in cells.Our re-sults suggest that the meltpoint of kidneycortex is around -2℃, and kidney preser-vation below the freezing point should beavoided.
