日韩产业布局特点与政府作用及其启示

Characteristics of Industrial Distribution in Japan and South Korea and their Gorernments' roles

本文通过对日本、韩国产业布局特点，政府作用效应的分析研究，揭示市场经济体制下产业布局的趋势和政府的合理引导，对于我国未来产业合理化布局有较强的指导意义：（一）现代产业的布局趋向集中；（二）产业的地域集中，带动人口的集中，达到共同富裕；（三）政府作用要顺应产业集聚趋势。

Abstract After analyzing the characteristics of industrial distribution in Japan and South Koreaand the of effects of their governments' roles. the paper reveals the tendency of industrial distribution in market economy and the reasonable guidance of a government. It has great instructive meanings for China to have a reasonable industrial distribution in future. Firstly,modern industrial distribution tends to concentrate together. Secondly, industrial distribution in geography results in the concentvation of popolation and this can make people becomerich together. Thirdly. a government's role must adapt to the trend of concentration in industrial distribution.
