Abstract The relation between efficiency and justice is a eternal topic in economics,because it refleets the contradictional movement between productivity and relations of peoductlon and between ecnomic base and superstructure. The reasonable system of personal income dlstrlbunon in socialist market should follow the principle that efficiency in given priority and justiceis considered simultaneously. its rationality and inevitability is because it meets the need ofproductivity criterion,conforms to the Inner requirement of socialist essence and accords withthe objective demand of establishing socialist karket economic system.
