建立现代企业制度是国有大中型企业的唯一出路，但在改革的进程中仍遇到许多困难与障碍，本文是在对我省试点的部分企业进行专题调查的基础上，结合兄弟省市的经验和教训，特作专门分析，并进行对策探寻。

AbstractThe Paper holds the idea that establishing modern enterprise system is the only way outfor large and medium-slied state- owned enterprises. In the process of reform, there aremany difficulties and obstacles. The paper, which is based on the investigation of some trialenterprises in Shanxi Province and gets some experiences and lessons in other provinces andmunucipalities makes a particular analysis and provides some countermeasures.
