摘要
本文观察了抑制素/激活素α、βA与βB亚基基因在人早(3天)、中(8天)及晚(15天)期黄体组织的表达。α-mRNAs在早期黄体最高;βA-mRNAs仅在早期出现,而βB-mRNAs从黄体早期至晚期逐步增高。提示人黄体抑制素可能为抑制素B(α·βB二聚体),晚期黄体可能有激活素B(βB·βB)的生成。
The expression of α,βB andβB subunit mRNAs is observed in human corpus luteum(CL)of early(3rd day), mid(8th day)and late(15th day)luteal phase during human menstrual cycle.α-mRNAs peaked in early CL;βA-mRNAs appeared only in early CL;βB-mRNAs was found in early luteal phase and peaked in late CL.The results suggest that(1)inhibin B(α·βB dimer)rather than inhibin A(α·βA dimer)might be the major form of inhibin secreted by human CL;(2)the late CL may produce activin B(βB·βB dimer).
