摘要
红霉素发酵培养基中用0.1%磷酸三钙代替原有的0.05%磷酸二氢钾,28℃培养8天,红霉素生物合成效价可提高5~9%。磷酸三钙可提供红霉素发酵过程中所必要的磷酸盐。
When 0.05% potassium dihydrophosphate (3.67mM) are replaced by 0.1% calcium phosphate (3.22mM) in erythromycin fermentation medium, the pota-ncy of erythromycin are incressed 5-9% at the incubation of 28℃, 8 days in shaking flask, meanwhile the alcium phosphate could be used as a phosphate source lor erythromycin fermentation.
