摘要 以细菌质粒pBR322、pBR325、pPS108、pSS31、RP4等对螺旋链霉菌(Streptomycesspiramyceticus n.sp.298-36)成功地进行了质粒DNA的转化,转化效率达10~4转化子/μgDNA。研究了菌龄、菌丝分散状况、两价阳离子等因素对转化的影响,建立了螺旋链霉菌的转化系统。 Transformation experiments have been carried on with several bacterial plasmids, i. e. pBR322, pBR325, pPS31 pPS108 and RP4 using Streptom-yces spiramyceticus, n. sp. 298-36 as the recipient, transformation efficiency up to 10~4 transformants per μg of plasmid DNA were achieved with our procedure. It was found that factors such as age and dispersion of mycelia, the kind of divalent cation would affect the transformation efficiency. A transformation system of Streptomyces spiramyceticus n. sp. 298-36 was thus established.
