摘要
本文通过时当前我国生态经济理论研究的现状和国际生态经济发展趋势的分析，找出了我国生态经济理论研究裹足不前的原因，在深入分析这些原因的基础上，提出了生态经济系统设计的原则，并将三效益协同发展关系用重化的手段纳入一个数量模型中加以研究，通过对数学模型的运算，找到了实现三效益协同增长的数量比例关系，据此数量比例关系对我国今后经济发展的政策取向提出了四点建议。
This paper analyzes the difficult position of theoretical study of eco-economics inChina，proposed that the way to extricate the study from the predicament be setting up a quantita-tive model according to the design principle of eco-economic system， and finding out the appro-priate proportion among the Three Benefits （social，ecologic and economic benefit）through calcu-lation of the model so as to realize the coordinatcd development of the Three Benefits．Finally，puts forward four proposais for economy development of China．
