Energy Resources Exploitation and Eco－environment Treatment in Lianghuai Districts

本文对两淮能源开发造成的一系列环境、社会、经济问题进行了分析和阐述，对能源建设和生产过程中产生的塌陷区土地和煤矸石、粉煤灰废弃资源的综合整治和开发利用对策、措施进行了探讨和论述，对两淮矿区国土资源合理开发利用的有关政策、措施提出了探讨性的意见和建议。

A series of environmental, social and economic problems about the excessive exploita-tion of energy resources in Lianghuai districts were demonstrated and analysed, andcountermeasures on exploitation and integrated treatment on landslide area and waste coal re-sources during energy resources＇production Drocedure and establishment were discusscd. Mean-while, the opinions of relevant policlcs and countermeasures on how to exploit local resources rea-sonablyin mineral area of Lianhuai districts were proposed.
