The paper analyzes the causal factors of the destruction of the natural world owing to eco-nomic activities， the one—sidedness of economics and the obstacles to sustainable development． It alsoreveals the uneconomicalness of human being’s economic activities and proves the necessity of thelarge—scal economic law for the study and development of the global evironment， further stating theidea， method， applicable value and duty. It practically studies how to set up the economic mechanismof global macro—coordination and science coordination and its renewal.
