镰刀菌4-11产生的环孢菌素B和C的分离、性质和化学结构的确认

由茄病镰刀菌4-11的代谢物里,分离获得两个组份,其氨基酸组成、分子量和分子式分别与环孢菌素B和C相同。分析它们高分辨的质子和^(13)C-核磁共振谱的信号归属,证实它们的化学结构式与Sandoz公司从Tolypocladium inflatum Gams代谢物中分离获得的环孢菌素B和C同质。从茄病镰刀菌的代谢物里分离得环孢菌素B尚未见报道。

The two components isolated from metabolites of Fusarium sotani sp. No. 4-11 have the same constitution of amino acids, molecular weights and formulae as cyclosporin B and C, respectively. The PMR and CMR analyses indicate that they are identical with cyclosporin B and C which isolated from Tolypocladium inflatum Gams reported by Sandoz Ltd., Basel, Switzerland.
