摘要
用诱变法结合高浓度葡萄糖作为选择因子,从丝裂霉素产生菌变株174中分离得到脱葡萄糖阻遏变株M-21。此菌株在含4~6%葡萄糖的平板上或发酵液中,均呈对葡萄糖脱阻现象,而亲株174则缺如。M-21的代谢产物经紫外及薄板层析分析为丝裂霉素C,产量比亲株提高12%。此外,对M-21脱葡萄糖阻遏特性进行了初步研究。
We isolated a mutant strain M-21 -which showed the derepressive property to glucose both in agar plate and broth when the parent strain was treated by ethidium bromide and UV.
The screening method in using the high concentration of glucose in the medium as a selective agent was available.
The main metabolite of M-21 has been identified as Mitomycin C. The level of Mitomycin C produced by M-21 was 12% more than the parent strain in the flask fermentation.
The paper deals with the preliminary investigation on the derepressive property to glucose of the mutant strain M-21.
