摘要
通过紫外线处理和在2-脱氧-D-葡萄糖存在下,筛选耐葡萄糖分解代谢物调节的突变株。本实验得到一株生产能力明显提高的菌株,在一定的2-脱氧-D-葡萄糖浓度下,生产能力可提高78.9%。
Spiramycin produced by Streptomyces spiramyceticus A. sp. 799 is Subject to glucose catabolite repression. After the suspension of spores was treated by UV, we isolated the resistant strains which could grow on the medium contain ing 2 -deoxy-D-glucose. The mutaats obtained by above method produced much more spiram-ycin than those obtained by random screening after UV treatment. The productivity of mutants can be increased 78. 9 % in a certain concentration of 2 -deoxy-D-gluco-se.
