摘要
从链霉素中分离出的两类致敏性杂质“高杂1”、“高杂2”; 纯链霉素硫酸盐;两种链霉素蛋白结合物SM-BSA、SM-TT免疫家兔都可使家兔产生免疫应答。5种链霉素抗原按其在家兔中免疫应答的特点可分为二类:蛋白类抗原和非蛋白类抗原.蛋白类抗原的免疫原性较非蛋白类抗原的免疫原性强,且产生的链霉素抗体抗原结合部位的特异性主要为K_(SM)/K_B<1类型;非蛋白类抗原产生的链霉素抗体抗原结合部位的特异性主要为K_(SM)/K_B>1类型。 “高杂 1”和抗原结合部位特异性不同的链霉素血清的匹配程度,对其引发的豚鼠PCA反应影响较大。且“高杂1”引发链霉素速发型过敏反应的能力在豚鼠主动全身过敏反应模型中被进一步确证。
Two kinds of protein conjugates of streptomycin (SM), SM-BSA and SM-TT, two sort of allergic impurities of SM, H. I. 1 and H. I. 2, and pure SM all can induce immune response in rabbits. According to their natures in immune response, five kinds of antigens can be classified into two categories, protein antigen and non-protein antigen. The immunogenicity of the former is stronger than the latter, and the specificity of SM conbining region of antibody induced by the protein antigens is mainly Ksm/KB, ratio of affinity of two different hapten (SM, and Bis-(α-hydroxystreptomycyl)amine)for an antibody, <1, but by non-protein antigens is mainly Ksm/KB >1.
The interaction between H. I. 1 and anti-SM antibodies in PCA reaction is affected by the specificity of SM combining region of antibody. The better H. I. 1 mates with the antibody, the stronger the PCA reaction is. Also the ability of H. I. 1 eliciting SM immediate type anaphylaxis is further confirmed by general anaphylaxis model in guinea pigs.
