A New Gel System for Separation of Pigment-Protein Complexes.

摘要 用混合去垢剂增溶低离子强度条件下的温和电泳方法,对菠菜叶绿体类囊体膜和不同PSⅡ制剂进行了色素蛋白复合体组成的分析.并结合SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和吸收光谱对部分色素蛋白复合体进行了鉴定.此法简便、迅速、游离色素少. The chlorophyll-protein complexesof thylakiods and those of various PSⅡ prepa-rations were analyzed by a low ionic strengthnative“green gel”system after solubilizationby a mixture of detergents,with very little re-lease of free pigment.The subunit composi-tion and absorption spectra of some chloro-phyll-protein complexes were studied also.This new native green gel system is simpleand rapid,with release of very little free pig-ment.
