摘要
应用抗人干细胞生长因子（ＳＣＦ）单克隆抗体，通过化学偶联方法制备成亲和层析柱，用于纯化大肠杆菌表达的可溶性重组人ｒｈ－ＳＣＦ．结果表明，经亲和柱纯化的样品经ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ电泳检测纯度达９５％以上，计算蛋白回收率为２３．４％，并且纯化后ｒｈ－ＳＣＦ生物活性明显高于纯化前样品．
The purification of recombinant hu-man SCF(rh SCF)expressed in E. coli.ByMcAb affinity chromatography which pre-pared by combining an anti-SCF McAb withNCR-Sepharose 4B was performed. At opti-mum conditions,the purity of rhSCF obtainedwas higher than 95%.The biological activityalso increased apparently.
