结合自身研究工作，综述了近５ａ（年）来蛋白质印渍术广泛应用于蛋白质和肽序列自动分析、临床诊断药盒、超微量分离分析、抗体生产等方面的进展．

The research on the protein blot-ting was fruitful during the past few years.This review summarizes the literature relatingto the application of protein blotting in thefields as following:solid-phase sequence ana-lysis of proteins,clinical differential diagnosisof various virulence antigens or antibodies inhuman serum or urine,capillary column chro-matography and,preparative capillary elec-trophoresis of macromolecular biomaterials,purification of monoclone antibodies or mo-noepitopic antibodies,and detection of pro-teins and enzymes using various antibodies orligands.
