载脂蛋白（ａｐｏｌｉｐｏｐｒｏｔｅｉｎ，ａｐｏ）Ａ－Ⅰ是一种重要的血浆蛋白，其基因表达具有明显的组织特异性、种属特异性和发育阶段特异性，ＡｐｏＡ－Ⅰ基因５＇调控区的肝细胞特异性增强子等顺式作用元件同ＡＲＰ－Ⅰ、ＨＮＦ－４、ＲＸＲ＿α等反式作用因子相作用，调控该基因的特异性表达．

The apolipoprotein A-Ⅰis an im-portant plasma protein which plays an essen-tial role in transportation and metabolism oflipid,and its gene expression shows evidenttissue-specificity,species-specificity and de-velopmental stage-specificity.By the coopera-tion of the cis-acting elements,eg. the liver-specific-enhancer at the 5' upstream regionand the positive or negative transcriptionalfactors such as ARP-1,HNF-4,RXRα,theapo A-Ⅰ gene is regulated to express specifi-cally.
