摘要
高压静电场下盆栽水萝卜、使用含 ̄(32)P培养液和由8种无机离子组成的培养液,测试 ̄(32)P的放射强度分布和8种无机元素的分布,结果在土壤和培养液上层 ̄(32)P的放射强度分别比对照高15.19%和63.73%,下层分别比对照低18.39%和29.05%.静电场下生长在含 ̄(32)P土壤中的水萝卜叶片中 ̄(32)P放射强度比对照高66.57%,而根部较对照低8.27%。在静电场作用下,培养液中无机离子向电场的正极方向移动(上层),而对照呈相反的分布趋势.这说明静电场促进植物对离子的吸收是与静电场作用下的离子移动有关.
Under the high voltage electrostaticfield(HVEF),radishes were planted in thecultural solution containing ̄(32)P and eight kindsol inorganic ions. The analytic results of thedistribution of ̄(32)P and ions showed that theradiation intensities of ̄(32)P in the upper layer ofsoil and cultural solution were 15.19%and 63.13%higher than that of the control group,but in the lower layer were 18.39%and 29.05%lower than that of control group re-spectivel.;The ̄(32)P intensity in radish leaf was66.57%higher than that in control leaf,butin root it was8.27%less than that in controlone. Also,thecations in the cultural solutionunder HVEF tended to move to upper layer ofthe solution,while those in control one tendedto distribute to lower laver. Results indicatethat the promoting effects of HVEF on ion ab-sorption of the plant(up ground parts)are re-lated to the upward movement of cations un-der theHVEF.
