摘要
以广州石化总厂气体分馏装置的丙烷离心式压缩机组安装工程为例，介绍大型机组基础表面处理和二次灌浆、机组工艺配管的无应力联接等安装工艺和实践经验。两套机组安装工程一次试车成功并经过一个生产周期运行考核，各项指标均达到设计要求。
By taking the example of installing centrifugal propane compressor sets of the gas fractionating unit in Guangzhou petro - chemical Factory, this paper introduces the installa tion technology and practical experiences of large compressor sets, which includes the centering of single compressor, the alignment of the sets, the treatment of foundation surface, the second time mortar pouring, and the non stressed connection of the technological pipes on the sets. Two sets were successfully installed and werechecked after a production cycle that every item of operational index fulfils the requirements of design
