摘要 寡聚核苷酸内部和5′末端含有的氨臂修饰胸苷酸,能够明显地影响T_4多核苷酸激酶催化的[γ- ̄(32)P]ATP的转移反应.其转移效率为未修饰寡聚核苷酸的50%和2%.这种修饰的寡聚核苷酸对T_4RNA连接酶催化的反应没有影响. It was found that the presence of anamino-space modifying thymidine in anoligonucleotide interfered the transfer reactionof [γ-32 ̄P] ATP bv T_4 polynucleotide kinase.When this modified thymidine located in themiddle of oligonucleotide,50%activity of T_4polynucleotide kinase was inhibited.Whenthis modified thymidine located at the 5'-ter-minus,only 2%activity remained.Compara-tively,those modifications did not affect theactivity of T_4 RNA ligase.
