用Ｃ１４（ＤＣＣＤ）参入法确定了在泛醌结合蛋白ＱＰｓ中有四个对重组活性必需的羧基，它们全部定位在２４０００亚基上。

It was proved in the last paper that the DCCD can modify the carboxyl groups of QPs leading to the lose of its activity of reconstitution with succinate dehydrogenase.C14 (DCCD) was used to incorporate into QPs and estimated that four carboxyl groups were essential for its reconstitution and all the four carboxyl groups were located in the subunit with molecular weight 24000.
