摘要
ＧＭ_３／ＧＤ_３在体外对部分纯化的酪氨酸蛋白激酶（ＴＰＫ）和蛋白激酶Ｃ（ＰＫＣ）都有激活作用。ＧＭ_３处理细胞４ｄ后，完整细胞ＴＰＫ活性未出现大改变，而ＰＫＣ的活性则大幅度上升，为对照组的８８倍；同样条件下经ＧＤ_３处理后，ＴＰＫ的活性下降，为对照组的０．６６倍，而ＰＫＣ活性则上升，为对照组的４３倍。上述结果表明，ＧＭ_３／ＧＤ_３对不同蛋白激酶活性的影响互不相同，对同一蛋白激酶在不同条件下的影响也互不相同。
Both GM_3 and GD_3 can activate partially purified PCK ad TPK in vitro. After four-day treatment by GM_3 the activity of TPK remained unchanged,but the activity of PKC was 88-fold higher than that of the control;after the same treatment with GD_3,the activity of TPK decreased one fold,while the activity of PKC increased 43 folds. The results mentioned above indicated that GM_3/GD_3 had different effects on different protein kinases and showed an opposite tendency toward the two enzvmes.
