鳙团移核鱼LDH、MDH同工酶的研究

A Study on LDH、MDH Isoenzymes of Trans-nucleus Fish of the Variegated Carp and of the Blunt-Snout Bream

对二龄鳙鱼细胞核和团头纺细胞质配合的核质杂种鱼－鳙团移核鱼及其亲本，供核体鳙鱼和受核体团头纺肌组织ＬＤＨ、ＭＤＨ同Ｌ酶进行了研究试验。鳙团移核鱼和供核体鳙鱼肌组织ＬＤＨ同工酶均具有ＬｄｈＡ２Ｂ２一条谱带；受核体团头纺的则具有ＬｄｈＡ２、ＬｄｈＡ３Ｂ１、ＬｄｈＡ２Ｂ２、ＬｄｈＡ１Ｂ３、ＬｄｈＢ４等五条谱带。移核鱼和供核体鳙鱼肌组织的ＭＤＨ同工酶都各具有二条港带：Ｓ－ｍｄｈＡ２、Ｓ－ｍｄｈＡＢ；受核体团头纺的则具有三条谱带：Ｓ－ｍｄｈＡ２、Ｓ－ｍｄｈＡＢ、Ｓ－ｍｄｈＢ２。表明鳙团移核鱼肌组织的ＬＤＨ、ＭＤＨ同工酶与供核体鳙鱼相似，不同于受核体团头鲂。即表明移核鱼的这些生化特性是受了细胞核的影响。异源细胞核可诱导遗传性状的变异，鱼类后期生长主要受细胞核的影响。

This paper wes minely about the muscle LDH.MDH isoenzymes of two year-old trans-nucleus fish of the variegated carp.nucleus-provide-Bighead carp and nucleus-receive-Variegated carp.A spectrum band of IdhA2B2 was found in nuscle LDH isoenzgmes of trans-nucleus fish of the variegated carp and bighead carp.While five spectrum bands of LdhA2,LdhA3B1,Ldh A2B2,LdhA1B3,LdhB4were found in Blunesnout bream.There were two spectrum bands(S-mdhA2,S-mdhAB) in transnucleu fish and nucleus-provide Bighead carp muscle MDH isoenzymes.There were two spectrum bands(S-mdha2,S mdhAB) in trans-nucleu fish and nudes-provide-Bighead carp muscle MDH isoenzymes.The nucleus-receive-Blunt snout bream had three spectrum bands:S-mdhA2,S-mdhAB and S-mdhB2.The conclusion was that the mtlscle LDH.MDH isoenzymes of trans nucleus fish of the variegated carp was simillar to nLlcleus-provide-Bighead carp,but different to nueleus-receive-Blunesnout bream. These showed that the biochemical characteristics of trans-nucleus fish were inflenced by nucleus.Malgenous nucleus could induce hereditary variation and the latter growth of fish was also minely affluenced by nucleus.
