摘要
用小麦群体辐射场,经自制生物场辐射仪的收集、放大,会聚于共振腔内,对萌发玉米种子进行辐照,研究小麦群体辐射场对玉米的诱变效应。试验结果表明,小麦群体辐射场可诱导玉米植株形态产生变异,获得多茎多穗玉米突变类型,按青贮饲料指标测产,产量比对照组显著提高。
The microwave radiation field from wheat seeding aggregation was used to irradiate maize seeds. Prior to irradiation, the radiation field was going through an apparatus of bioradiation field, designed by us and made in our university faCtory. The funCtions of the apparatus are collecting, amplifying and focusing the biological field and then introducing it into a resonant chamber. The experimental results Show that the radiation field of wheat seeding aggregation via our apparatus can induce morphogenetic mutation of maize, the mutant of multistem andmultispike type maize have been obtained and the yield of experimental group is remarkablyhigher than that of control group with the silage index.
