摘要
采用微量离子电泳的方法研究了家鸽峡核顶盖的神经传递。电刺激峡核小细胞部(Ipc)主要诱发顶盖细胞的抑制性反应(Ⅰ-型),也有少量兴奋-抑制型反应(EI-型),兴奋性反应以乙酰胆碱为递质,抑制性反应则以GABA为递质。据推测,Ipc可能通过直接的神经投射调制顶盖细胞的活动。
This study shows isthmo-tectal neurotransmission in pigeons by using microiontophoresis.Electrical stimulation of the nucleus isthmi pars parvocellularis (Ipc) mainly produced inhibitory responses (Ⅰ-type), as well as excitatory responses followed by inhibitory responses (EI-type)in tectal Cells. Excitatory responses were evoked through cholinergic synapses, and inhibitory responses were mediated by GANAergic synapses. It is also suggestal that isthmiic fibers might be directly connected with tectal cells.
