摘要
以牛血清蛋白(bovine serum albumin,BSA)及其抗体为检测对象,用常用的硅烷化合物APTES固定蛋白研制石英晶体免疫传感器。测定了BSA在石英晶体上的固定饱和曲线及甘氨酸(Gly)对戊二醛的封闭效应。特异性结合的BSA可以用0.2mol/L柠檬酸洗脱,抗BSA抗体膜可以重复使用,但其活性下降。
A piesoelectric immunosensor for detection of BSA and anti-BSA antibody, using APTES to immobilize the protein, is described. The optimum concentration of BSA used for immobilisation on the surface of the quartz Crystal and the blocking affeCt of the Gly to glutaraldehyde are tested. BSA spedfically binding to anti -BSA antibody can be removed by dtric add (0.2mol/L). The antibody coated Crystal can be used repeatedly, but its activity decreases.
