摘要
本文报告一种新的用于原发性高血压治疗的复合参数生物反馈仪。该仪器由单片微机控制,从人体检测出面ΔZpp、HR、EMG三种生理参数,经放大处理后,三种参数的变化趋势合成为一个复合参数,以视觉和听觉形式反馈给患者,使患者在高度放松的基础上自我调节使心血管系统的外周阻力降低,心输出量减少,血压水平下降。初步临床试用表明,应用复合参数生物反馈仪对原发性高血压患者进行治疗,有明显降低血压的作用。
This paper introduces a new kind of compound-parameter biofeedback instrument which can be used to treat essential hypertension, Based on a single-chip-computer. the instrument detects three physiological parameters (ΔZpp, HR and EMG ) from a hypertensive patient and produces a compound-parameter which indicates the trends of ΔZpp,HR and EMG. By means of visual and audio signals, the compound-parameter is fed back to the patient to reduce his (her) peripheral resistance and cardiac output by self regalatcon. This instrument has been clinically applied to a group of patients with essential hypertension, and the result showed that most of the patients could improve their blood pressure significantly by the compound-parameter biofeedback method.
