摘要
以乙酸乙酯为港媒，加入化学引发剂，由苯乙烯与马来酸酐在适当温度下聚合，得到了一种稳定的杀精聚合物ＳＭＡ。本文测定了ＳＭＡ成分中潜在羧基含量、水肿胀度和ｐＨ值等理化性质，以及ＳＭＡ的体外杀精活性。
The spermicidal polymer (SMA) was synthesized by polymerization of styrene and maleic anhydride with ethyl acetate as the solvent, and a chemical initiator used at the proper temperature. The physicochemistry properties including contents of potential carboxyl .degree of swelling and pH were determined and the spermicidal activity was studied.
